Welcome to my online booking system. Please feel free to go ahead and make a booking for a time that is showing as available. Or alternatively get in contact using the details found here and I would be happy to answer any queries and find a suitable time to book you in.

What do I need to know beforehand?

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Please ensure you have read/completed the contraindication form for the treatment you have booked.

 

For new customers these can be sent on request.

PATCH TESTS

  • For HD Brows, BrowSculpt and Nouveau LVL Lash lifts – you are required to have a patch test 48 hours before your treatment.
  • You can either arrange to collect this from me, or have me drop/send it to you. For BrowSculpt, You will need to drop by so I can do this for you.
  • I will always do my best to remind you about your patch test – but the ultimate responsibility for this is yours.
  • Due to COVID-19, patch tests will be required for all clients.

COVID19

  • Please ensure you are wearing a face mask upon entering the building.
  • Please ensure you sanitise your hands upon entering.
  • Your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
  • Please feel free to bring your own drink to your appointment. Unfortunately, food cannot be consumed in the treatment room.

GENERAL

  • Please ensure you attend your appointment alone. Children and babies are not allowed in the treatment room due to insurance guidelines.
  • No nuts or egg products to be brought into the premises due to severe allergies.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel or reschedule an appointment – please do let me know at the first possible opportunity or update your booking directly through the online system.

 

I withhold the right to request a cancellation fee (either partial or full payment for your booking)/refuse further booking. This hopefully will remain a very rare occurrence and I will treat each case individually.

ILLNESS

I will always appreciate your honesty when it comes to being open about your illnesses. I will promise to give you the same in return.

 

Please do not come to your appointment with known illnesses. Please adhere to the 48 hours exclusion period with sickness and dihorrea. Whether a cancellation is due to an illness in my family or yours, I will do all that I can to get you booked in as soon as possible.
